If it is before your transition date of April 2022, please contact Direct Energy Business customer service at 1-888-925-9115 and you will be able to renew your contract. Your new plan will transfer with your account to Direct Energy LP. If the transition to Direct Energy LP has been initiated, and it is April 2022, please call Direct Energy LP at 1-833-480-7834 and our Customer Care Team can help you select a new plan.Want to contact a customer care representative?
