Qualified Referral must satisfy all Direct Energy enrollment requirements and remain a Direct Energy customer on a term plan for at least 10 consecutive days.
Do I have to have the referral number at the time of enrollment for the referrer to receive his/her incentive?
No, you can call customer care at 1-888-548-7540 with your referrer's number within 24 hours after you complete your enrollment.
How long will it take to receive my reward?
